Terms and Conditions
Copyright of all photographs remain the property of Cyclops Photography and the client may not reproduce any image without prior written consent. The photographer may not publish or exhibit material without written consent from the person or persons which have commisioned the photographer.
A deposit will be asked for at the time of booking and will be deducted from your initial order if that order is received within three months of the date of the commisioning. The purpose of the deposit is to secure the photographers services for a particular date and time and is therefore non refundable in the event of a cancellation or postponement.
Additional photographs will be taken on request with the greatest of pleasure, but you will be expected to order prints of additional photographs taken.
No attendance fee is payable for attending a wedding or reception for upto two hours. (this is normally more than enough time to take all of the required shots). Any additional time is charged at £10.00 per hour. For commisions outside the Gateshead/Newcastle upon Tyne area, please contact us
Any outstanding balances are to be paid at the time of collection of your wedding album or prints.
